What Does Germany And Italy Know That New Jersey Doesn’t?
Acentral pillar of Governor Murphy’s unrealistic and impossible Energy plans is to ban all combustion engine vehicles by 2035.
But the Governor might want to look to his previous outpost where he served as Ambassador to see that Germany is leading the discussion of blocking this policy in Europe:
At some point, New Jersey needs to get real about that fact that we do not operate in a bubble and can’t just speak talking points into fact. As one of the automakers said, we need “intelligent solutions” to the very real energy problems we face.
Unfortunately what the Governor is offering is exactly the opposite. Not only won’t it solve the problem or even work, it will lead to a $1.4 trillion bill coming due even sooner.
